In a small group of their peers of similar age and developmental stage, teens practice yoga and mindfulness, cultivate self-compassion and self-acceptance, and engage in discussion around topics important to them.

A strong parent-child relationship is the foundation for building resilience during a time of transition and risk.  Parents experience a judgment free zone where they experience support and develop skills to make the experience of parenting a child or adolescent more harmonious and enjoyable.

Our parent workshops address the parent-child relationship at various developmental stages. Parents learn tools to connect with their child and to provide the secure base needed for healthy exploration and optimal development.

College life is exciting, demanding and stressful.  For many students, the separation from family can bring about challenges never before experienced.  For others, the newfound independence may exacerbate pre-existing challenges.   Dr. Averna has been a college professor for 20 years and has mentored and built relationships with hundreds of students.   We connect with on-campus college services to provide workshops to address issues relevant to today's college students.
